We've added two new guides to the Help page on the Direct Therapy Services website to make a couple of common tasks easier for our providers and caregivers.

We now have a simple and secure way for participants, families, and service providers to send documents to Direct Therapy Services. Just visit our Documents page and click "Upload Document", enter the relevant name, choose the type of document, and upload the file. It only takes a moment and helps keep sensitive information safe and secure! If you need help or are unsure which document type to choose, please contact your billing coordinator.
